Information for Company Trailer/Brand/Video Business Card Video Shoot
Essential for preparing for a shoot.
Location :
The ideal location space for the interview should be at minimum 20ft x 20ft
The speaker is best seated at least 10 feet from a wall. This is so that the background will be blurry.
Along the wall behind the speaker should have elements appropriate to the business. (Photo's, artwork, memorabilia, etc.)
Every setting is different dictating the style and arrangements of the set.
Duration (3 Hours Total):
1 hour* - The setup time for cameras, mics and lighting.
*Ideally, this should be done without the client present
1 hour - B-roll (Footage to be added over the interview to help drive the story. eg Client getting out of the car, walking to and opening up the office, footage of the venue if applicable, etc.
1 hour - Interview
30 minutes - Break down of equipment.
Interview :
Brand Message Video is a chance for your prospective client to get an intimate look at who you are, and what you are about. They should walk away with a sense of trust and motivated to want to work with you.
Attire
Make sure to look your best, hair/makeup perfect and wear company brand clothing or outfit that is not distracting with over the top patterns.

The Video has 3 distinct Parts
Part I
1 - An opening sentence that talks about:
What makes you different and stand out from the competition. No more than two sentences.
Video Montage of you walking into your office/facility/job site.
2 - Introductory statement - Your name and company - One sentence.
3 - Talk about when you started your business and where you are located or area your business serves. One sentence.
Part II
1 - One sentence description of the services/products you provide.
* Optional - 2 sentence testimonial from a client talking about service. One or two former clients.
2 - On location talking about how you perform service/create product. Two sentences.
3 - Video Montage of work getting done/products getting made.
3 - Talk about how many workers in the company and other other services/products you provide. One sentence.

Part III
Emotional and inspiring statement of how you started the company, your business journey, why you do what you do(What is rewarding about your work) and finally, what your product/services do to help your clients improve their life.
Final epic shot before logo. Ideally, a drone shot.
Preferably, at least 2 client Testimonials to be shot at 2 different locations to be included in the middle of video.
